PLEASE NOTE: FRAUDULENT WEBSITES IN CIRCULATION

For some time now we have seen an increase in various fake websites that offer Blundstones at extremely low prices. Please check carefully whether the site is secure and if in doubt, contact our customer service. If you ordered via a fraudulent site, contact your bank or credit card provider immediately.

WHAT MAKES BLUNDSTONE UNIQUE?

Blundstone has been making these unique Chelsea boots since 1870.

    The Blundstones are shaped to the human foot, resulting in optimal comfort.
  • Pull tags (PULL LOOPS)
    Blundstone's iconic pull loops ensure that you can put on and take off the Chelsea boots effortlessly.
  • WATER REPELLENT
    Blundstones are treated, making the boots water-repellent.
  • MAXIMUM COMFORT
    Shock Protection System (SPS) is a Blundstone patent built into the majority of our boots. The shoes have been specially developed to absorb shock from every step, so you no longer suffer from tired or painful feet.
  • SEAMLESSLY BUILT
    The one-piece upper creates minimal seams on the boot which helps protect against breakage and leaks.

  • When used, the leather of your Blundstone stretches at the points where pressure is applied, but of course never lengthwise.
  • All children's Blundstones and the classic series are supplied with extra insoles that can be used to adjust the size. When using this extra insole, you will sit higher in your Blundstone, which means the fit can be better for you. Your instep should connect to the bottom of the leather. You are not allowed to slide in the Blundstones as you walk.
  • If you'd rather try a pair of Blundstones in person, find a store near you.
  • Blundstone half sizes refer to width only, not length. With a half size you have extra room on your instep. Please refer to this link for the size chart of our boots.
  • All Blundstones are unisex, with the exception of the ladies Blundstones. (category: women's)
WET FEET

If you walk through wet grass for a long time, your feet may eventually get wet. Constant moisture on leather, nubuck and suede results in the material absorbing moisture. So if you walk a lot through wet grass, choose a waterproof model, such as model 584 or 1478.

HOW DO I GET MY ACCOUNT SIGN-IN INFORMATION?

Select the user icon, which is located at the top right of the navigation bar on the website. kClick on 'Forgot your password'. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

After you have placed your order on the website, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't receive the email. You will receive a second email once your order has left the warehouse and is on its way to you. The email will contain your tracking number and a link to the tracking information.

You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account.

WHEN WILL MY BLUNDSTONES BE SHIPPED?

If you order before 4:00 PM on Monday to Friday, your order will be processed in the same way. We do not ship on Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays.
We cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered the next working day because we are dependent on delivery services. There may therefore be a delay in your delivery.

You will receive an email from us with the track & trace information, so that you can track your order.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO WE ACCEPT?

We currently accept iDeal, SofortBanking, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Klarna Postpay and Klarna in installments.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY?

Wrong size/color or shoes not quite what you expected?
Don't worry, return the Blundstones to us within 14 days of receipt, in the original unworn condition (if you try them on, do it on carpet), in the original Blundstone shoe box and pack it in a shipping box.
We will refund the purchase price to you after receiving your return shipment.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY BLUNDSTONES?

It is not possible to exchange a pair of Blundstones for a different size or model.

HOW DO I CARE OF MY BLUNDSTONES?

Blundstones are designed to last. It is vital that you take care of your shoes to extend their lifespan. Blundstones are made of leather with different finishes such as leather, suede and nubuck. If you do not maintain the Blundstones, the leather can dry out and eventually crack. This is not covered by the warranty.

BROKEN SOLES

The sole of the Blundstones is made of PU. Polyurethane has many advantages, such as walking comfort. However, the disadvantage is that with aging there is a chance that the sole will crumble. The reason why the sole crumbles and cracks is that a bacterium has settled in the PU material and is, as it were, eating the sole. This is called hydrolysis. Hydrolysis can also occur when the shoes are not worn for a long period of time. If you regularly walk on your Blundstone, the risk of hydrolysis decreases. Hydrolysis is an aging process and a property of PU and therefore not a factory defect.
